The Mind at Peace Center’s kinesiologist can prepare a plan tailored to your needs while teaching you how to physically move specifically to decrease the chances of injury during exercise. Her approach consists of a first initial evaluation meeting. Then, follow-up meetings are offered to support you at the location of your choice (eg: office, gym, home, swimming pool). She also offers a 6 or 12 week package where she accompanies you throughout your journey.
